**About the job**: As a Channel Manager OOH you have a central position to smoothen the link between Marketing, Sales & the Field. Your objective is to have a deep understanding of the category & customer performance in OOH and based on this knowledge, be able to challenge and translate marketing plans into strong customer plans.

**Main Accountabilities**
- You work in pair with the field managers on some specific customers to achieve strategic objectives.
- You build a long-term partnership with your customers outside the pure commercial discussions.
- You take the lead on all category projects happening at your customer.
- You deep-dive on a monthly basis into your customer performance within the category and identify new trends, threads & opportunities within the category.
- You align with the field managers & account managers on the tailor-made approach towards customers, both on promotion/activation and on assortment.
- You are in the co-lead for all business reviews at your customers by translating marketing plans into strong customer plans.
- You help marketing to understand the performance of his brand by adding some specific category/segment/competition/customer knowledge.
- You support marketing to define scope of innovations: volume & distribution.
- **Min. 2 years of experience** in Sales or Marketing, **in FMCG / Retail, OOH**:

- Master degree in Business, Economics, Sales and /or Marketing or equivalent
- Mandatory language**:Dutch**:

- Strong analytical skills and be able to provide clear conclusions/recommendations
- A good sense of commercial relationship and willingness to work cross-functional (Marketing/Sales)
- Pro-active/results oriented/well organized/autonomous
