Administrative Officer

We are looking for a positive & enthusiast Administrative Officer to join our Finance Department. You would be working for the group’s Head Quarters in Ghent
You will be responsible for the invoicing process from A to Z, for the entire group, meaning:
- Gathering all the necessary documents
- Keep record of all the new and existing clients records
- Staying in close contact with our commercials
- Calculating the amounts to invoice and draft the invoices
- Managing the local accountants and follow up on over dues
- Factoring management
- Bonus calculations for the commercial teams
**What you need to succeed**:
- You have a degree in administration or some years of relevant experience, preferably in an international environment
- Some excellent knowledge of Word and Excel
- Since you would be working throughout Europe, this job requires high French and English spoken skills as well as written skills
- We are looking for someone very detail-oriented, who likes to roll up the sleeves and take initiative / self-starter
- You are someone engaged and committed in taking actions while offering the best service possible
- A positive mindset, because working at Invibes is all about the good vibes
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent contract
**Salary**: €2,400.00 - €3,200.00 per month
