Pour renforcer notre équipe et soutenir la croissance, nous sommes à la recherche

d’un(e) Accounting, HR & Admin Coordinator. Rapportant directement à notre

CEO, sa mission est d’assurer la bonne gestion journalière de la comptabilité

d’eFarmz ainsi que le traitement des factures et des paiements. Il/Elle prend

également à sa charge la gestion administrative des Ressources Humaines.

Le poste est basé à Anderlecht. Il s’agit d’un CDI full time (part time peut être

discuté).

Tu es le point de contact pour la comptabilité d’eFarmz, en collaboration avec un

bureau comptable externe et un contrôleur de gestion indépendant.

Tu exécutes l’encodage de la comptabilité (achats, financiers, OD).

Tu assures sans retard la gestion et le paiement des factures fournisseurs.

Tu garantis le suivi des factures clients.

Tu extrais les reportings et analyses financières nécessaires pour le

management.

Tu endosses le suivi administratif des ressources humaines : contrats nouveaux

collaborateurs, suivi des prestations et procédures administratives en collaboration

avec le secrétariat social.

PROFILE
- Tu as une expérience pertinente en comptabilité. Minimum 3 ans dans

une fiduciaire, un bureau comptable ou d’audit ou un poste similaire dans

une PME en Belgique.
- Tu as un Bachelier/Master en comptabilité, sciences économiques ou de

gestion
- Tu as une maîtrise approfondie d’Excel. Une expérience avec Horus est un

plus
- Autonome et esprit “hands on”
- Rigoureux.se, sens du détail avec de solides aptitudes analytiques,

organisationnelles et d’exécution
- Proactif.ve, problem solver, orienté.e résultats : tu fais avancer les choses
- Forte implication, capable de travailler sur différents projets en parallèle
- Empathique, tu aimes travailler en équipe
- Et bien sûr tu as une affinité pour l'alimentation durable et les produits

Rémunération : 2 500,00€ à 3 500,00€ par mois
