Customer Care Agent

Als Customer Care Agent ben je verantwoordelijk voor:
- Inkomende oproepen voor noodhulp of herstellingen afhandelen.
- Behandeling van claims. Dekking van de klant controleren en een reparatie of een traditionele regeling aanbieden.
- De klant in contact brengen met de correcte hulpdienst.
- Je administratieve dossiers te verwerken en op te volgen.
Om succesvol te zijn in je rol als Customer Care Agent:
- Ga je met je positieve houding, inlevingsvermogen, uitstekende luistervaardigheden en enthousiasme elke klant een "wow"-gevoel geven
- Ben je Perfect tweetalig zowel in het praten als schrijven van het Nederlands en Frans
- Ben je stressbestendig en heb je een gevoel van verantwoordelijkheid
- Is de telefoon je beste vriend
- Volg je graag je dossiers/klanten op van A tot Z
- Heb je een ervaring binnen de klantendienst
- Een boeiende en gevarieerde functie in de verzekering sector waarbij geen enkele dag hetzelfde is
- Een werkomgeving in het hartje van Brussel dicht bij het centraal station
