**Wat ga je doen?**:
Voor onze klant, regio Waver zoeken we momenteel een medewerker customer support.
Taken:
- Je behandelt vragen van klanten zowel telefonisch als via mail.
- Je geeft gepaste feedback over lopende projecten, benodigd materiaal, bestellingen,.. of je geeft dit door aan de specifieke afdeling.
- Je werkt hiervoor samen met sales, R&D, service engineers, logistiek
- Je registreert de vragen en/of klachten, en volgt dit verder op van A tot Z
- Je geeft ondersteuning aan sales met het opstellen van brochures en cursussen.
- Je denkt mee om processen te verbeteren
**Wie zoeken wij voor Customer support analytische chemie?**:
- Je hebt een bachelor diploma met de link naar (bio)chemie of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
- Je hebt reeds ervaring of interesse in analytische toepassingen (GC, HPLC)
- Je kan je goed organiseren en zelfstandig werken
- Je bent creatief in zoeken naar oplossingen en kan 'out of the box' denken
- Je kan klantgericht werken en bent sociaal in de omgang
- Je bent communicatief en kan kennis vlot overbrengen
- Je bent vlot met MS office pakket
- Je spreekt en schrijft vlot Nederlands, Engels en Frans.
