Our client is a growing small company active in the strategic consulting between private and public structures.
Our client is located in a coworking on Avenue Louise.
**The main responsabilities for this job include**:
- Perform general administrative duties to support day-to-day operations
- Scheduling meetings across different time zones; completing extensive travel arrangements; maintaining and proactive management of calendars; screening mail; filing; ordering supplies, liaising with suppliers and shippers, and maintaining department records.
- Support project management and tracking of resources across multiple projects as needed
- Develop and/or prepare correspondence; research; reports; presentations or other assigned documentation in specified software package. May research special topics as assigned.
- Process client invoices, salary payments, vendor payments, and prepare quarterly VAT reporting and any other required documentation to accounting firm
- Analyses data from multiple sources and draws conclusions and/or recommends changes for manager's review.
- Involved in maintaining/tracking departmental reports on an ongoing basis (i.e. budgets).
- Coordinates logistics for more complex meetings/activities, e.g. internal and external meetings, conferences, symposiums, interviews, offsites, etc.
- Deploys utmost discretion and care on a regular basis when working with sensitive/confidential data
- Additional responsibilities as needed and to be discussed
**The requested qualifications for this job include**:
- You have an excellent level of English and French or Dutch;
- You have a first consequent experience in Management or Executive Assistant;
- You are an advanced user of the Microsoft Office Tools (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook);
- You are well organised and are able to manage priorities;
- You give attention to details, you can anticipate needs and you are solution oriented;
- You can work independently and you are able to adapt to a fast-paste environment;
- You have excellent communication skills and able to build relationships with your professional contacts (colleagues, customers, suppliers);
- You are an initiative taker.
