Om deze groei te ondersteunen is het team Customer Support & Office op zoek naar een nieuwe collega Smartwat?

Hun klanten staan bij op nummer 1. Om hen de beste service te bieden hebben ze wat extra helpende handen nodig. Word jij onze nieuwe Customer Happiness Manager? Wie zoeken we?
- Als customer happiness manager ben jij het aanspreekpunt van de klanten.
- Je beantwoordt hun vragen en denkt mee na over een oplossing waar zowel de klant als wij blij van worden.
- Feedback zet je om in concrete to-do’s en gebruik je dan ook om verder na te denken over het verbeteren van onze service op lange termijn, samen met de andere teams zoals bijvoorbeeld distributie, marketing & communicatie en IT.

Hoe jouw dag eruit zal zien?
- De inkomende telefoons, mails en chatberichten van ‘foodlovers’, klanten, beantwoord je enthousiast, zowel in het Nederlands als in het Frans.
- Klantentevredenheid is prioriteit Op een empathische manier help je onze klanten overal mee op weg, en zoekt samen met hen naar een oplossing op maat.
- Met je vlotte pen en sterke communicatieve vaardigheden bereik je onze klanten om hen te informeren over verschillende zaken. En ja, daar mag je al eens een mopje of creatieve woordspeling voor gebruiken.
- Samen met de collega’s houd je een oogje in het zeil tijdens de levering van de boxen.
- Er is altijd ruimte voor verbetering. Dankzij jouw proactieve voorstellen laten we de customer support vlotter en efficiënter verlopen.
- Administratie is natuurlijk ook part of the job. Deze handel je vlot af

**Gezocht profiel**
- Klantencontact schrikt je niet af, zowel via telefoon, chat als mail. In dat contact ben je persoonlijk, empathisch en creatief.
- Je bent hands-on, sociaal en kan vlot zelfstandig werken.
- Je hebt een groot verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel.
- Je denkt in oplossingen, en niet in problemen.
- Je houdt van uitdagingen en hebt zin om van deze firma een succes te maken.
- Je werkt vanuit het kantoor in Gent (Dok Noord) en thuis.
- Parlez-vous Français? Je kunnen uitdrukken en converseren in het Frans is een must. Tweetalig zijn is een pluspunt
- Je werkt in een 40 uren week, van dinsdag tot en met zaterdag in een op 3 weken wisselend rooster:

- Week 1: DI t.e.m. DO 10:30 - 19:00 / VRIJ 11 - 19:30 / ZAT 13 -21:30
- Week 2: DI t.e.m. DO 14:30 - 23:00 / VRIJ 11 - 19:30 / ZAT 13 -21:30
- Week 3: DI t.e.m. DO 8:30 - 17:00 / VRIJ 11 - 19:30 / ZAT 13 -21:30
