**Profiel**
For a multinational client in Hasselt, we are looking for a motivated Customer Service Officer who speaks Italian, Dutch and English.
The company operates a multicultural and multilingual support platform dedicated to assisting customers with their broken-down vehicles or lorries promptly.
Joining our team means working closely within a small, supportive group led by a team lead and backed by helpful colleagues. Expect to engage with a diverse range of individuals, each with their own unique stories and backgrounds. Most importantly, every day presents opportunities for personal and professional growth, ensuring you continuously learn and expand your skill set.
Responsabilities:
- Gather and verify information for accuracy and completeness.
- Provide technical support and coordinate with workshops as necessary.
- Keep all stakeholders updated on progress and developments.
- Monitor and enforce agreements with involved parties.
- Ensure timely resolution of contract-related issues.
- Work night shifts for three nights per week.
**Vaardigheden & kennis**
Knowledge and experience:
- Proficiency in Italian, Dutch, and English languages.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Technical knowledge in automotive or tire industry is advantageous.
- Prior experience not required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Customer-centric and results-driven approach.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to multitask and remain composed under pressure.

What do we offer you?
- Meal vouchers: €7 per day
- Salary of €2700 and a bonus of €1.39/hour
- After a successful agency period, you will receive a permanent contract.
- When you obtain a permanent contract, you'll receive a raise of salary. This wil be €100 bruto and you can enjoy a group insurance and hospitalization insurance.
